FP&A Manager

Sewell Wallis are looking to speak to confident and ambitious finance business partners that are interested in joining a large PLC that can offer excellent career progression from day one.

Our client are a fast paced, award winning, US owned business who are urgently looking to appoint an FP&A Manager as soon as possible to lead a fast growing division within the business. They are based south Leeds, very close to the M1 so easily accessible from many locations.

You will work closely with an impressive Finance Director who empowers their team, regularly setting challenging yet realistic career goals.

As the FP&A Manager, you would report into a Divisional Finance Director and will cover the following duties:-

-Closely business partner with the Finance Director, Sales teams and the Operations leadership team for the division
-Pricing analysis for exiting customer renewals and new business opportunities
-Produce the monthly rolling forecast
-Analysis around customer profitability, suggesting and implementing areas of improvement
-Accurately produce robust and effective management information
-Development of margin analysis as well as cost efficiency framework models
-Support on key finance projects that drive strategic change
-Leading annual financial planning processes
-Managing two qualified Finance Analysts

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to match the following criteria as our client is keen to recruit someone ambitious but who can hit the ground running relatively quickly:

-A qualified accountant, ACA, CIMA, ACCA
-Demonstrable background working with FP&A
-Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with senior stakeholders on a daily basis
-Effective man manager
-Strong financial modelling skill set
