Sewell Wallis are looking to appoint a Finance Systems Support Analyst for a global professional services company based in central Manchester. Our client is a business that has demonstrated extreme growth over the past 3 years and have become a highly desirable employer in the North West. They are now looking for a Finance Systems Support Analyst to join their busy team in the Manchester office. This team are responsible for managing operational issues through to resolution and will also support monthly close and balancing activities. The role will be responsible for the day to day up keep and support of the system and users across the UK. You will ensure that the integrity of the data within the system is maintained and all required security levels are adhered to.

Reporting to the Team Leader your responsibilities will include:-

-Responsible for the deployment of system setups and master file changes
-First line support logging and resolution
-Resolving operational issues and data queries
-Liaise with the finance team and front office staff in resolving support matters
-Deliver on non-complex system set ups
-Time transfers and write offs
-GL data administration

Our client is looking for someone who has previous office experience that is confident in dealing with calls from the business to discuss issues on the system. Therefore you need to have a strong telephone manner and be ideally from a customer service background.
