Finance Manager

Sewell Wallis are currently supporting an innovative business based in south Bradford who operate across the UK and are a leader within their field. This business has been involved in some extremely exciting projects recently, having some of the UK's leading brand names in their customer portfolio.

They are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager, to lead their finance function and support the Finance Director with some key, strategic decisions.

As the Finance Manager, your role will include the following duties:

-Manage a medium sized finance function, holding regularly one to ones and setting clearly development objectives
-Produce the monthly management accounts including variance analysis
-Support with the budgeting and forecasting process
-Produce the sales and gross margin reports based on completed projects
-Support colleagues with a new finance system that is being implementing, to ensure testing is completed accurately and efficiently
-Develop the current cash flow forecasting model
-Manage the audit process and be the point of contact for external auditors
-Be prepared to be hands on whilst overseeing the AP & AR functions
-Support the Finance Director with commercial reporting to help with key commercial/strategi decisions
-Costing for multiple projects at the same time

You will need to be a qualified accountant with some man management experience to be considered. This is a versatile business that is fast paced, so it requires someone who is confident in hitting the ground running.

Any experience within construction would be huge beneficial.
