Finance Director

Finance Director - Harrogate - £65,000 - £75,000

Sewell Wallis are excited to be exclusively partnered with a fast growing, privately owned business based on the outskirts of Harrogate.

As an entrepreneurial business they are seeking at dynamic, talented and driven individual with broad experience as a Finance Director with omnichannel sales and overseas expansion. Ideally you will have had experience working within a fast-growing SME and have led on fundraising.

Reporting directly into the CEO and supporting the rest of the wider Team to deliver the strategic financial plan, you will be responsible for the financial planning, analysis and forecasting alongside day to day financial management and will report and present to the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

* Finance strategy and budget planning
* Forecasting
* Analysis of market and business performance
* Margin analysis by channel and product
* Review of monthly management accounts
* Supporting the management team with accurate management information
* Supporting and mentoring of Financial Controller

About you:

* Previous experience of fundraising
* A self-starter with strong organisational and leadership skills
* An excellent understanding of Word, Excel and Power Point
* An excellent understanding of CRM/databases
* Outstanding relationship building and communication skills, internally and externally
* Ability to deliver results/find solutions in collaboration with others in a fast-paced environment
* ACMA or CIMA qualified with at least 3 years' experience at FD level
