Finance Assistant

Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a globally recognised service company based in Harrogate. Keen to invest in forward thinkers of today, there is huge scope for progression within this company and with their growing size, the projects are becoming bigger and better. Therefore, they are looking to expand their team.

The main duties of the role will be:
*All aspects of PL including processing invoices, dealing with all queries and payment runs
*Assisting with sales invoicing posting and liaising with site and sales team to resolve related queries
*Post cashbook entries
*Matching debit and credit notes
*Bank reconciliations
*Investigate any discrepancies
*Providing support to the wider finance team

You will:
-Take ownership of working areas
-IT skills including Excel
-Strong communication skills
-Good understanding of accounting systems
-Experience in a similar role is desirable
