Sewell Wallis are really happy to be representing a well established, reputable business based in Sheffield on their hunt for an Accounts Assistant.Your duties will include but will not be limited to:-
-Posting and allocating cash.
-Ensuring refunds are up to date.
-Bank reconciliation.
-Posting of invoices.
-Controlling of debt for key accounts.
-Maintaining of full audit trail of debt chase activity.
-Queries.
You will be experienced in:-
· Bank reconciliations
· Double Entry Book Keeping.
· Excellent understanding of Excel
· Good understanding of the credit control function.
· Administration
· Communication via telephone and email
