Our client is a market leading organisation based in Sheffield with an excellent reputation.
Working within their finance team they are currently looking for a data analyst to join them for a newly created role. Working with a high volume of intricate data you will initially be responsible for reviewing the processes and enhancing them where required and then developing and managing spreadsheets to ensure data is correct. This is no ordinary data role - it requires a truly analytical mind with the ability to produce extensive reports, submit data via the HMRC portal and deal with data analysis relating to revenue and customs data and paperwork. Long-term this role will grow and give you a superb opportunity to build the role and develop within a well established, supportive finance team.

Ideally you will be numerate, inquisitive and have excellent excel skills. This is a new role hence it is initially for a 6 month fixed term basis however the role will develop with a view to becoming permanent at the completion of the contract and is to start asap.
Initially this role will be home based however will in time move to a flexible office / home basis.
