This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are looking to join a large sized company who provide long term growth opportunities. Although the role will initially be transactional based it is expected to quickly develop into a more varied role.
The business is growing year on year and provides a great working environment. The position reports directly into the Financial Controller and will see the successful candidate join a supportive finance team.
As the Finance Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
Provide reports and when needed to the business.
Assist the credit control team in resolving credit limit breaches.
Ensuring client information for invoicing is correct.
Ensure accurate client set up and full project set-up in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate client data as required.
Work with Project Managers, Operational Finance and Credit Control in the accurate delivery of company and departmental objectives.
Aim to meet departmental objective of setting up all New Clients and New Projects.
Check that all fees and documentation are in place for samples selected for year-end external audit.
Communicate across the business as required.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous transactional accounts experience.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
