Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £20,000 - £28,000

I'm working with a fantastic client based in Sheffield, who are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to help with the day-to-day affairs of the two company directors.

This is an exciting and highly varied role, which would suit an exceedingly organised and pro-active professional with exceptional communications skills. The office is based in Sheffield, and as the role would involve running errands on an ad-hoc basis, the ideal candidate would need to be able to drive, have their own car and be happy to step out of the office when needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant to the two company directors, this role will include assistance with a mixture of personal and professional workload, including:

- Booking Appointments
- Managing diaries and calendars
- Assistance with office admin
- Organising and scheduling meetings, events & activities
- Pro-actively planning for upcoming appointments and events, such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.
- Assisting with the day to day needs of the directors
- Running errands as needed

Salary & Compensation:

- Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
