Role: Customer Service Assistant - 3 Months Fixed term contract
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm
Location: Dewsbury
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
Start date: Immediate

Duties:
- Working closely with customers to resolve issues and queries from start to finish
- Handling incoming calls
- Inputting sales orders onto SAP with a high level of accuracy
- Processing of invoicing
- Ad-hoc administration tasks
- Downloading orders using various portals
- Liaising with different departments

The ideal candidate will:
- Must be immediately available
- IT Literate
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well individually or in a team
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines
- Be proactive and have the ability to manage their own workload
- Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and email
