Customer Service Assistant

Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established and welcoming team based in Leeds. This company is within the Retail Sector and has been thriving since it began. They are looking for a friendly and bubbly individual with customer service experience to join them to provide sales and customer service support.

Duties include:
-Processing customer orders and queries
-Investigating and resolving customer complaints
-Liaise with customers to arrange collections
-Register customers
-Process back orders

You will:
-Have experience in a similar role
-Have brilliant verbal and written communication skills
-Have strong problem-solving skills
-Have a determined mindset
