Your duties will include:-
-Controlling of the company top national accounts including:-
-To be the single point contact for the company solicitors/third party debt collection agencies including:-
-Administration of cases
-Agreeing settlement terms.
-Placing customers in legal and authorising the company solicitors to action recovery of debt.
-To be the legal advisor to the current credit controllers including:-
-Debt chase advice, court procedures, solicitor procedures, correspondence & verbal wording advice.
-Other ad-hoc duties where and when required by the company.
