We are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join a growing and diverse team in Barnsley! This is a hands-on role managing both Key and non-Key accounts, ensuring the efficient collection of payments. You will be joining a lively and experienced team, offering hybrid working after an initial probation, competitive bonus and progression!
Credit Controller responsibilities:
- Generation of customer payment applications.
- Chasing overdue payments from different departments.
- Conducting customer visits.
- Cash allocation.
- Conducting credit checks.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Compilation of paperwork for customer visits.
- Collaboration with internal departments.
- Handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Resolution of pricing issues and queries.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Credit Control.
- Strong excel skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Positive and flexible attitude.
