Credit Controller

Sewell Wallis is currently working with an incredible services company based near Tadcaster. This company is looking for a full time, permanent credit controller with solid experience to join them full time.
To be considered, you should be efficient, confident in your Credit Control skillset as well as able to fit into a team but use your own initiative too.
This role will report into the transactional manager and so this person should feel able to confidently carry out the duties required and should be able to maintain a professional manner whilst doing so. Much of the debt chasing will be done over email whilst the debt chasing is mainly B2B.

Duties will include:
- Assisting with escalation of accounts legally
- Managing over plenty of accounts
- Chasing debt via telephone as well as email
- Managing customer credit limits
- Following up with queries
- Liaising with sales and customer services to resolve payment disputes
- Supporting customer service team in arranging returns and raising credit notes
You should:
- Have solid experience in Credit Control
- Be confident to work autonomously and efficiently
- Be highly numerate
- Be able to work accurately with brilliant attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
