Reporting directly into the Credit Control Manager, you and your team are a crucial part of the business. Typically your role will look like:
- Chasing outstanding debts via various communication methods
- Ensuring that details of debts are correctly recorded on the system
- Competently handling incoming queries
- Assisting in the review of Credit Control procedures to consistently improve practice
- Maintaining strong working relationships whilst aiming to achieve set targets
- Using your fantastic eye for detail to work on reconciliations each month

What are we looking for? Somebody who:
- Has excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Has around 3 years Credit Control experience
- Is adaptable and comfortable with change
- Is comfortable working toward targets and deadlines
