The role reports into a strong Group FC who likes to support and develop his teams.
Areas of responsibility;
*Provide analysis of trends, and identify performance issues
*Provide fully explained of variance to Plan ( volume / mix / rate ), with concise commentary
*Align financial performance to Operational KPIs
*Complete financial evaluations/ costings of operational initiatives - ensuring robust measures are in place to report against for future post completion reviews
*Develop ways to improve transparency of numbers reported
*Build relationships between Finance and other areas of the business to identify areas where decision making can be effectively improved
*Cost control reviews with site management for materials and overheads expenditure.
*Keep the company systems up to date with product updates, new product launches, product costs, Labour and Overheads rates.
*Financial Control and Asset Management - Ensuring adequate controls are in place for the management of factory assets
*Capacity & OEE reviews - resource planning and costing
*Wastage analysis and stock take reviews, GRNI reconciliation / creditor recs
*Labour Utilisation, OEE reconciliation, resource management reporting - departmental analysis
*Maximising company assets through capacity & resource planning
*Capex, CI, etc costing and evaluations - holding stakeholders to account
What you will need;
Part or fully qualified or QBE.
Business partnering experience with manufacturing / production.
