This is a newly created role where you will be working closely with the senior stakeholders, helping to drive the business forward as well as growing your own team.
You will be a fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/ACCA with experience of working within Practice / Professional Services and your key responsibilities will include:-
Developing and managing a portfolio of clients
Preparing statutory accounts and financial statements
Balance sheet reconciliations
Dealing with HMRC queries
Preparing corporation tax returns and VAT returns
Providing a payroll service
Mentoring and training new team members
Qualified Accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients
Strong technical background
Motivated and ambitious as this is a pivotal role within the business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage a team
