Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Client Quality Assurance Analyst on behalf of our client based in Manchester to join them on a 6 month contract basis initially that could later develop into a permanent position.They are looking for people with an audit background who are familiar with SOX controls, are strong with excel and have proven experience of working with multiple accounting systems; someone who can pick things up quickly.
The role is working for a well-known, successful legal business near Manchester so experience in the legal sector would be beneficial, but not necessary.
Duties:
*Complete client file reviews
*Compile audit performance reports as required
*Communicate with relevant persons in the business to deliver constructive feedback
*Assist in implementing new processes in relation to design and training
*Review Service Level Agreements and ensure changes are communicated effectively to relevant teams
*Monitor compliant with the client SLA, with a particular focus on finance and billing
*Analyse data to identify best practice
*Support other members where necessary
*Preparing presentations for clients
*Supporting the Senior QA and Client Operations Manager when necessary
