Assistant Management Accountant

Job description

Sewell Wallis are delighted to be partnering with a Harrogate based business who are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant into their Head Office team.

Ideally you will be a PQ Accountant / AAT / ACCA / CIMA and reporting to the Management Accountant your key responsibilities will include:-

Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
Producing and posting journals
Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting with posting and reconciling of month end sales recharges
Accruals and prepayments
Producing monthly financial packs
dealing with account queries
Ad hoc project work

Requirements

PQ Accountant with 2-3 years experience in a Finance role
Excellent IT and analytical skills
Solid communication skills
Ability to multi task and work on a number of projects

Our client is offering hybrid working - 3 days office based and 2 days at home.
