Reporting into the Finance Manager the successful candidate will assist with both the transactional and the management accounts process.
The role suits ambitious individuals as there are genuine opportunities to progress quickly into senior positions.
As the Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
Assisting with the month end close process.
Product profitability and costing.
Accurate and timely support to the Management Accountants.
Purchase ledger invoice processing.
Working as a team to achieve results.
Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate will:
Be AAT Level 4 Qualified or have started their ACCA/CIMA studies.
6 months + experience of journals, accruals, prepayments.
Have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Be a team player.
Excellent communication skills.
