We have a great opportunity to work for one of our favourite clients based in Sheffield. This business has grown significantly through acquisition and are looking for an additional team member.

Reporting into the Finance Manager your duties will be varied and will involve;

-Maintaining cash book records for each client on the accounting system used
-Dealing with the Accounting for Tax Quarterly Returns
-Monitoring cash flows
-Weekly check of bank accounts report i.e. balance, BACS rejections, unusual transactions
-Monthly Bank Statement reconciliation report
-Monthly Pension Payroll report sheet
-Any other cash management and accounting duties as required by the business
-To update time records on a daily basis
-Processing new pensioners, leavers, deaths and one-off payments
-Maintaining the monthly payroll file
-Processing and submitting monthly payrolls
-Printing and issuing of monthly payslips
-Submitting statutory year end returns and printing and issuing P60s
Suitable candidates will:

-Have experience working within a similar role and will have payroll experience
-Have experience using Sage 50 and ideally Sage Payroll
-Have excellent communication and prioritisation skills
-Have excellent Excel skills
