AP and Expenses Clerk

Job description

Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a team based in Leeds. This team is looking for someone who has been exposed to a fast paced, deadline driven environment previously and who has worked with processing expenses before.

Duties include:
-Checking and processing expenses against the company's policy
-Processing invoices and scanning them onto the system
-Payment Runs
-Be a point of contact for queries
-Carry out supplier reconciliations
You will:
-Have previously worked in a high volume, fast paced environment
-Have strong communication skills
-Be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the business
-Be a quick learner
