The main duties of the role will include -
-Processing orders and inputting large volumes of data
-Providing excellent levels of customer service to both customers and staff
-Dealing with general enquiries from both customers and staff
-Supporting the team with general administration duties
-Dealing with customers via email and ensuring the system is kept up to date
-Making sure customers' expectations are met and exceeded on a day to day basis
-Making and taking inbound and outbound calls as and when required
The ideal candidate will have -
-Excellent communication skills
-Previous administrative/ customer service experience
-The ability to work towards strict targets and deadlines
-Good attention to detail
-A hands on approach to their work and will be flexible when needed
-A Reliable and trustworthy approach to their work
