Accounts Payable/Query Resolution Team Leader

They are now recruiting for a Accounts Payable/Query Resolution Team Leader to join their excellent query resolution team in Manchester. You will join a team that is based across 4 locations in the UK and supports the finance systems for the Global business.

As the Accounts Payable/Query Resolution Team, your role will include the following duties:-

-Coaching and developing a team of 5 analysts and be responsible for service delivery to agreed standards
-System balancing and period end closing
-Managing query resolutions across the firms finance systems, prioritising work to ensure user issues are resolved quickly
-Set an example to your team on how to work effectively and ensure your own behaviours can be set as a benchmark
-Share your expert knowledge regularly across the team
-Support the introduction of new processes to ensure they are embedded within the team
-Identify areas of under performance
-Regularly liaise across the business to ensure service calls are resolved effectively and efficiently
-Process improvement work
-Work closely with internal stakeholders

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you need to have worked within a professional services environment and have strong team management experience. You will ideally have a background within accounts payable, however customer service team leaders will be considered.
