Sewell Wallis have an exciting opportunity for Accounts Payable Clerks, working for a forward thinking and supportive manufacturing company.You will be a vital and valued addition to the team, using your purchase ledger knowledge and experience to assist in the processing on invoices, queries, and financial data. Duties will include:
-Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring that they comply wit regulations
-Matching, batching and coding invoices
-Recording credit notes
-Assisting with relevant queries
-Identifying errors such as VAT and account errors
-Reconcile supplier statements
-Other ad-hoc transactional duties
What we're looking for:
-Experience in Accounts Receivable/Purchase Ledger
-Ability to work with initiative
-A pro-active thinker
-Good organisational skills
