Accounts Assistant

I am excited to be recruiting for a fantastic company based in Sheffield due to continuous growth.

Your daily duties would include:-

-Downloading statements
-Uploading and manual inputting of data into the system.
-Investigations and following up of all non-reconciled items or variances.
-Ensuring all bank statement items in the bank reconciliations are cleared within two working days.
-Processing of returned unpaid cheques and out of date cheques.
-Opening and closing accounts and performing monthly reconciliations.
-Liaising with banks and auditors.
-Reconciliation of petty cash.

The successful candidate will have:-

-Previous experience within accounts.
-Strong attention to detail.
-The ability to work at a fast pace.
