The successful candidate will join a growing, friendly finance team and will assist with the transactional accounts process.
This is quite a junior role and would give the successful candidate a great opportunity to develop their skills and grow with the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Completing daily settlement and reconciliation activities.
Daily cash flow management and reporting.
Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Managing invoicing, purchase orders, banking and expenses.
Making recommendations to systems and processes in order to improve the performance and efficiency of the finance department.
Assisting with the financial year end process.
Assisting with the budgeting process and quarterly forecasting.
Maintaining and updating of ledger information.
Additional ad-hoc tasks which may be required by the Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
A proactive approach to dealing with problems as they arise.
A strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
