Accounts Assistant - 6 month contract - Hybrid working

Sewell Wallis recruitment are excited to be working with an ever expanding business who are very well respected within their industry. Due to work load they're now looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their vibrant and diligent team.

The right candidate will be a driven individual who has experience processing a high volume of both sales and purchase ledger invoices.

The role is initially being offered on a 6 month ftc, but is likely to get extended or possibly get offered on a permanent basis. The role is offering the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week and 2 days in the office.

The role;
*Processing of supplier PO invoices
*Processing of supplier Manual invoices
*Reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Post cash received to ledgers
*Allocate receipts to invoices based on remittances received
*Chase debtors for payments - email, or telephone

Requirements;
*Purchase Ledger Experience
*Sales Ledger Experience
*Strong communication skills
*High levels of accuracy
*Ability to work confidentially
*Experience working with finance systems
