A dynamic group of companies based on the outskirts of Sheffield are looking for two Accounts Assistants to join their experienced finance team on a full-time basis.

The role will be suited to someone who has previous experience of working in an accounts office with an understanding of Purchase Ledger and knowledge of how to use Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team as the role will involve supporting the Assistant Management Accountants and Group Financial Controller in the month-end process.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
-Processing wages
-Logging purchase invoices
-Upkeep of analysis spreadsheets
-Assisting with stocktakes
-Updating the cashbooks
-Production booking
-Stocktake reconciliations
