We are currently working with a large global business based in Worksop with their search for 2 Billing Assistants on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, well known business and joining a close knit team who work coherently.

This business is based within an easy commute from Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster.

This is a permanent role and reporting into the Billings Team Leader.

Duties include;

Look for process improvement opportunity for FSSC service delivery
Work to daily team target set by team leader
Accurate and timely creation of correctly authorised manual invoices within SAP,
Oracle, Great Plains and Exchequer when requested by business
Creation of manual credit notes within SAP, Oracle, Great Plains and Exchequer
Loading of documents to customer portals timely
Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Creating and categorising outbound service requests
Liaise with Credit Controllers in regards to Business requests

Suitable candidates;

Will ideally have billings /accounts receivable experience and will be used to processing high volumes of data.
Good systems experience, experience of SAP or Oracle would be a distinct advantage,
computer literate and the ideal candidate will have strong Excel and systems skills.
Experience of working with customers to resolve queries and issues.
Good communication, must be able to effectively communicate to customers and finance regarding issues relating to reconciliations.
Team Player, must be willing to help and support colleagues.
