Sewell Wallis have an opportunity for a Consumer Accounts Administrator to join an innovative and progressive company based close to Baildon on a 12 month fixed term basis - this role has arisen due to growth so it is a great time to join the business. Reporting to the Consumer Accounts Team Leader you will be situated in an immaculate and open plan office. Previous experience within finance and credit control would be an advantage but not necessary.

The role: Consumer Accounts Administrator
Salary: £18500 - £20500
Location: Near Baildon

Your responsibilities will include:
-Manage the consumer accounts administration
-Ensure that all bills and statements are accurate and issued on time
-Handle contact with consumers on assigned billing and prepayment sites within contractual and internal timescales
-Escalate any queries to Senior colleagues where required
-Ensure that assigned credit control admin is completed on a daily basis
-Provide support to the Debt Recovery Team as required
