Part Time Credit Controller

About the Role

Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established company based in South Leeds on a part-time basis (25 hours a week). This is a great opportunity to join a successful, growing business who are offering flexible, part-time hours.

What will you be doing? 

  • Full responsibility for the credit control debtor’s process.
  • Debt collection, including actively managing accounts with financial risk.
  • Liaising with customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans and escalating to external debt collectors where appropriate. 
  • Publishing weekly debtors reports.
  • Cash posting and allocations.

What skills are we looking for? 

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
  • Great communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Polite telephone manner.

What's on offer?

  • Monday to Friday Part Time between 9am & 5pm hours can be flexible. 5 Hours a day required.
  • Holidays – 20 days per annum rising to 26 after 2 years service.
